I wanted to thank you again for a really fabulous week of cooking, relaxing, exercising, chatting, singing, and taking in the gorgeous scenery....I still can hardly believe I had such an awesome experience! Perception of program: Rustic setting with breathtaking views surrounded by lush gardens and hard-working folks everywhere. Trained chefs were awesome with a depth of knowledge and ability to adapt recipes and be flexible. I have a new confidence to cook and prepare/display!
The Wine and Beer sessions were really neat!
