*Note: While we will try to be as sensitive as possisble to food allergies and preferences, we cannot cater 100% to everyone's specific needs. If you do not eat something which is on one of the days' menus (available upon arrival), please bring along a substitute if you think the remaining dishes will not sustain you sufficiently.

You may bring your own 8"-10" chef's knife and a 3"-3.5" paring knife. Alternately, a set of 3 knives ($35) will be available for purchase upon arrival.
