Register for both weeks and receive a $200 discount!

Tuition for one week (this includes classes, lunches, most dinners, wine-tastings, beer-tastings, and all evening events):

Lodging* for one week @ $30 per night (double room; a limited number of single rooms are available on request): $180.00

Total: $1280.00

*On-campus lodging is in the EcoDorm, a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive from cooking classes.

BRIDGE SESSION

For students who wish to attend both weeks (at a discount of $200), or who wish to linger on a little longer or come one day early, a day trip to a truffle farm will be offered from 10:30am-10:30pm Saturday, July 19th. The cost for the day, including lunch and dinner and transportation is $250. If this means you will need to spend an extra night in the dorm, please add $30.

Week 1 (or 2) plus bridge--day student: $1350
