Tuition ($1400) includes classes, cookbook, lunches, most dinners, wine-tastings, beer-tastings, and all evening events

Lodging is $240 for 6 nights

For a private room (only a limited number are available), add $10 extra per night 

The optional Bridge Session (available in 2012) is $250

Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit of $400 per week shall be made at the time of registration. 

Payment for the bridge session shall be made in full. 

The balance will be due 3 months prior to your session.

$1200 per session, with a non-refundable deposit of $400 at the time of registration. 

Travel and lodging shall be the responsibility of the student.

Note:

If fewer than 12 students register for any of the above sessions, the SSCA reserves the right to cancel up to one month prior to the session in question, with all monies, including deposits, returned to the registrant.
