In two intensive weeks with over 30 top chefs and experts, plus a bridge session in between, you will navigate all the essential ingredients of culinary expertise at a fraction of the price required to attend a 2-year culinary institute.
You may choose between our two theme weeks: Turning a Basket into a Banquet (focused on transforming the ingredients you would find in a surprise CSA market purchase) or Cooking for Vibrant Health (addressing cooking for specific health concerns, whether they be yours or your loved ones'), or you may indulge in the ultimate experience of attending both weeks. As an exceptional added bonus, you have the option of joining us for our bridge session on July 17th, including a tour of the Biltmore Winery and gardens, and a special luncheon in the winery's bistro.
